- App navigation guide - a quick visual tour of the student app, useful in your first introduction session with learners, including newly arrived students.
- EAL Pupil Profile - a template for capturing key information about a new EAL learner, including prior education, home languages, and support needs. It is important to value each student's cultural background and gather as much information as possible from the outset, as the more you know, the better you can tailor your support. This document, used alongside our Learner Profiles, is key to ensuring students are supported not just with their language development but with their social integration too.
- Login cards - printable cards for primary and secondary students, plus an editable version you can customise. We recommend distributing these as soon as you add your learners to the platform, as sharing them with parents and carers early means students can log in independently at home from day one.
- EAL Welcome Packs - orientation materials for newly arrived EAL learners, in primary and secondary versions, including a "new to English" pack for absolute beginners. These are ideal to share with students and their families when they first arrive, helping them feel informed and supported as they settle in.
