he Lesson Library is where you browse all the FlashAcademy content available to your school. This article explains how to find lessons by topic, level, or skill, and how to add them to your classes. Use it when planning a unit of work, when looking for content to match a specific learner, or when exploring what's available in a subject you haven't taught with FlashAcademy before.

The Lesson Library in the FlashAcademy® Teacher Dashboard gives you access to the content available in the learning app. This guide walks you through how to search, preview, assign, and download lesson resources with ease.

Step 1: Searching and Browsing Content

  • Use the search bar to find specific categories, lessons, or vocabulary.
  • Navigate using the tabs to explore additional content sets available in your subscription.
  • The EAL content set is organised in the same order students see in the app.

Step 2: Filtering and Sorting Lessons

  • Use the filters to view content by level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
  • Use the sort function to sort content alphabetically for quicker navigation.

Step 3: Exploring Lesson Details

Each lesson tile displays a summary sentence for quick reference.

Click the three dots on a tile to set that category as a task.

Inside each category, you'll find:

  • A full list of lessons
  • A preview of vocabulary
  • For some lessons, you'll see sentence previews
  • For grammar lessons, grammar videos and tips

Step 4: Using Printable Resources

Switch to the Printable Resources tab to access PDF worksheets for each category. A preview of each resource will appear on the right. You can download individual PDFs or click Download All for bulk access.

Additional Actions

You can also set an entire category as a task from within the category page.

Assignments can be made for individual students or entire classes.

By using the lesson library, you can help students build vocabulary and reinforce learning effectively!
