Step-by-step instructions for clearing your browser cache, which resolves most "stuck" or "loading" issues
with the FlashAcademy Web App. Includes specific steps for Chrome (recommended) and other browsers.
Use this when the app isn't loading correctly, after a major FlashAcademy update, or when you've been told
by support that a cache clear should fix the issue.
To clear cache for the FlashAcademy Dashboard you will need to do this on your web browser.
Please note: instructions and screenshots depict an up-to-date Google Chrome browser, which we recommend running our WebApp on. The steps to clearing cache on other browsers may vary.
Go to the three vertical dots located to the right of the URL bar (top right corner).
Click the three vertical dots and select Settings.
Scroll down to Delete browsing data...
Select Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data
Please ensure the time frame is set to All Time.
Next, select the Clear data button.
This will clear your cache and may resolve any issues with access.
