To clear the cache for the FlashAcademy Dashboard you will need to do this on your web browser.
Please note: instructions and screenshots depict an up-to-date Google Chrome browser, which we recommend running our WebApp on. The steps to clearing cache on other browsers may vary.
Go to the three vertical dots located to the right of the URL bar (top right corner).
Click the three vertical dots and selectSettings.
Scroll down to Privacy and Security.
Select Clear browsing data.
Next, select the blue Clear data button.
This will clear your cache and may resolve any issues with access.
